An organisation's talent management practice is a human resource strategy aimed at identifying, developing, deploying and retaining talented high-potential staff. Talent primarily among the practices of employee development. By identifying enhancing skills employees, it not only increases their efficiency, but also results in higher job satisfaction, increased motivation, elevated retention rates staff.The purpose this research was to look into impact on South Africa's banking sector, with reference employees. Those included study were randomly selected managers staff from FNB, ABSA Nedbank. The study's goal investigate if targeted influences employees within organisation.This used descriptive design. To obtain quantitative data, researcher applied questionnaire. Descriptive statistics analyse data produced Cronbach alpha, Z-test Chi-square tests. disclosed that primary methods are regular training development.However, succession planning, career mentoring, recruitment, selection - as techniques have direct relationship retention.
